Fabio Viviani, of Bravo's Top Chef, has capitalized on his bold, Italian persona to create a collection of products and restaurants.

The wine collection is a nice, mid-tier option, but the bottle was getting lost on shelf and sales were struggling.

Our charge was to elevate the brand beyond the founder's name; refresh the experience at retail; empower the sales team with new materials; and secure shelf space at top-tier stores like Whole Foods.
